1. Manager / Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager (Central Office)
Departments: Integrated Risk Management, Credit Relationship, Finance & Accounting, Treasury & Correspondent Banking, Human Resources Management & Development

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Master’s Degree in related field with relevant specialization from a recognized University with a minimum of 2nd Dmision / CGPA above 2.5 or Certified Chartered Accountant Certificate from recognized Institute

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in a Commercial Bank in a related area with at least 2 years of experience in the position of a Jr. Officer / Officer or
Minimum 7 years in a Development Bank and other Financial Institutions in the related area with at least 2 years of experience in the position of a Senior Officer / Assistant Manager.
For Treasury & Correspondent Banking knowledge of the secondary market will be an added advantage
For Human Resources good understanding of Training and Developments desired

Experience:

Minimum 4 years experience in a Commercial Bank with exposure of credit function as a Branch Manager / Branch tn-charge / Relationship Officer
Minimum of 5 years experience in a Development Bank and Financial Institutions in the related area as a Relationship Officer / Branch In-Charge/ Branch Manager

4. Relationship Manager / Relationship Officer -Few

Experience: For Junior Officer / Supervisor/ Assistant at least 2 years; Senior Officer / Officer at least 3 years of experience in a Financial Institutions preferably in the area of Credit Relationship, Credit Appraisal Writing and sales of banking products and services Priority will be given to the candidate having experience in commercial bank

For remote area Branches: Must have successfully completed 10+2 education or equivalent Certificate with minimum 2nd division

Additional Information:

Preference shall be given to the candidates from the local/surrounding area in case of placement in Branches.
