We are looking to add a female customer care professional to our team so that she may assist us with the following responsibilities:

 

  • Attend to client inquiries received in person, by phone and email, and across various social media platforms.
  • Customers should be directed to internet resources.
  • Maintain up-to-date information about customers in the database, including any relevant notes about their interactions.
  • Make suggestions about how to provide better service to customers.
  • Make and keep track of reports on encounters with customers.
