We are searching for a hardworking individual to work in our warehouse to receive and send out shipments of goods both to and from our facility. The warehouse worker is responsible for loading and unloading delivery vehicles, both leaving and entering. You will be responsible for selecting products from the warehouse, loading goods onto pallets, securing the pallets, transporting inventory to the delivery location, and loading stuff. You will be responsible for unloading stock from delivery vehicles, transporting it to specific warehouse sites, and storing it there. You are responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly working environment at all times, in addition to adhering to all applicable safety rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.


You need the ability to pay attention to detail and carry out activities in an organised fashion to be successful. Candidates that put forth a lot of effort, maintain a clear head and are adept at finding solutions to difficult problems are given preference.

Under broad direction, duties include ensuring timely materials goods movements, accurate and appropriate storage and movement of products, inventory accuracy and other daily operations functions of the warehouse which include various clean-up and housekeeping activities. May be responsible for training and leading small teams. High school diploma required; two-year degree preferred. Four years of related experience in material handling or a two-year degree plus 2 years of related experience is required. Experience working in an operations environment is preferred, including knowledge and use of handheld scanners and lift truck certification. The job will also require the performance of other duties and activities as directed.

Work responsibilities of a Warehouse Worker include the following:


  • Processes and loads orders bring shipments to a successful conclusion.
  • Performs tasks such as processing requests and supply orders, pulling materials, packaging boxes, and placing orders in the delivery area to prepare orders.
  • Driving a truck or van to and from various vendors to complete deliveries.
  • Maintains the truck or van by doing any required preventative maintenance and making arrangements for repairs.
  • Controls the inventory by collecting stock location orders and printing requests and putting them into effect.
  • Maintains high standards for the organization’s services by adhering to its guidelines.
  • Maintains a clean and safe working environment by ensuring that workstations, shelves, and the pallet area are all kept in order.
  • Ensures that the processes, rules, and regulations are followed to maintain a clean shipping supply area.
  • Contributes to the completion of reports by inputting the necessary information.
  • Contribution to the effort of the team by completing the relevant outcomes as required.

Education, Work Experience, and a Valid License are Required. Requirements:

Radio Frequency (RF) equipment experience is a desirable qualification for this role.

  • Experience serving in a general labour capacity, preferably in a warehouse setting.
  • Capability to operate skillfully.
