Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet incoming customers immediately whenever possible
- Has thorough knowledge of food and beverage menu and makes suggestions to customers
- Take orders and serve food or beverage to customers
- Cashiering duties include preparing checks and processing payments through the POS system
- Ensuring cleanliness in the dining area, including but not limited to removing dishes from tables and taking them to the kitchen for cleaning, refilling sauces, and cleaning sauce containers as needed
- Set up tables in preparation for the next customer
- Will also be responsible for general housekeeping duties of the restrooms
- Stock service areas with supplies when needed
- Maintain personal health and sanitation standards
- Must be knowledgeable of all safety codes per BP’s guidelines
- Ensure compliance with BP’s code of ethics, integrity, and conduct
